It works well if you have an existing screenshot that you need to upload, but if you want it to happen in one step, it is too slow. We currently have a Mac desktop application in private beta (screencast coming soon!) and are working on getting a firefox plugin built as well as a Windows program. ScrnShots will also include a public API that will allow any developer to create tools that can access the system. I totally agree.
